Having pets is always an adventure. You never know what to expect. Some days are completely calm, and other days… shenanigans happen. And it doesn't matter which pet you have either. They will all find a way to make your life more interesting. Whether it's your cats locking you out of the house, and forcing you to call someone to come save you. Or your dog eating your neighbor's rare flowers and causing way more drama than you expect. Or your parrot deciding to mess with your dog by imitating your voice in hilarious ways.

If you think of one pet that would not cause problems, it would probably be a sugar glider. Because… well, they're home. They can't walk out, can't fly out, run out. Unless you take them out. By accident. Because you forgot one of them in your sports bra. And you only realized once you were already outside the house. The drama might have technically been your fault in that situation, but oh, drama there was.

Oh, goodness, we can only imagine the panic we would have felt if that had ever happened to us. We don't have sugar gliders, so we don't know how easy it is to forget that one is sleeping in your clothes, but if we ever accidentally took our kitten or puppy out, even if it's in our bags rathe than our clothes, we would have been so panicked. Thank god things ended well here.
